Pimento Cheese
  • 1 stick of Kraft Cracker Barrel Natural Extra Sharp Cheddar
  • 8 oz diced pimentos, juice drained
  • 1 jalapeno minced, seeds removed
  • 1 tsp white pepper
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 baguette
  • Olive oil

Allow cheese to come to room temperature, then grate into bowl and mix to combine with other ingredients.

Refrigerate mix for eight hours.

Prior to serving, slice baguette and rub both sides of each slice with olive oil.

Bake crostini in oven for five minutes to seven minutes at 350 degrees.

Serve and enjoy.

Great for pork, ribs & chicken!
